Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. When you pay, the payment is handled by our payment provider — card numbers are never stored on our servers and we never see them in full.

When you browse the site we collect basic, aggregated analytics: which pages were visited, from which country, and on what type of device. This is used to understand what is and is not working on the site.

What we do with it

We use your details to fulfil your order, to reach you if there is a problem with it, and to handle returns. If you have subscribed, we use your email address to send occasional updates — and nothing else.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not share it with third parties except the delivery company that has to bring the parcel to your door and the payment provider that has to process the transaction.

Cookies

The site uses a small number of cookies: one to remember whether you are reading in English or Arabic, one to keep your cart between visits, and analytics cookies to count visits. You can clear or block them in your browser at any time — the language switch and cart will simply reset.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to privacy@gaffi.com and we will action the request within 30 days. If you ask for deletion we will keep only what we are legally required to keep for tax and accounting records.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be announced by email to anyone on our list.
