Where we deliver

We deliver to every governorate in Egypt. Orders are picked, packed and dispatched from Cairo.

Timing

Orders placed after 2pm, on a Friday, or on a public holiday are processed the next working day.

• Cairo and Giza — 2 to 3 working days
• Alexandria and Delta governorates — 3 to 4 working days
• Upper Egypt, Red Sea and Sinai — 4 to 5 working days

Cost

Delivery is free on every order over 2,000 EGP. Below that, a flat delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. Cash on delivery is available nationwide and carries a small handling fee.

How stone is packed

Diatomite is rigid and it can crack if it is dropped, so every mat travels in a moulded EVA foam surround inside a printed box. The foldable mat ships rolled inside a tube. Caddies, trays, coasters and plant pads are bubble-wrapped inside kraft boxes.

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening it if you can, and contact us within 48 hours.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by SMS as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier. If it has not moved for two working days, contact us and we will chase it for you.
